Stepping from London to Marrakesh was both a familiar and a surprising experience. The diversity of London had not prepared me for the sheer tenacity and politeness of the people in Marrakesh. Unlike the persistent street vendors back home, the locals here were determined yet respectful, always greeting with a warm "Welcome to Marrakesh." This work captures the vibrant hustle of Marrakesh's streets, showcasing the hardworking nature of its people. Despite earning less than half the average UK salary, their resilience and cheerful demeanor in the sweltering 40°C heat were truly inspiring. Each photograph reflects the courage, dedication, and upbeat spirit of Marrakesh's residents, offering a glimpse into their daily lives and the colorful, welcoming atmosphere of the city.
